1 General Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the BD Rumin website (bdrumin.com). By registering on or using BD Rumin, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms.

• Your email address must be active and your own.
• The name on your account must match the name on your National ID.

3 Account Responsibility

The security of your BD Rumin account is entirely your responsibility. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone.

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
• Do not share or lend your account to anyone else.
• Selling or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
• Report any suspicious activity to support immediately.
• To change your registered mobile number, you will need to complete the KYC process.

BD Rumin will never ask for your password, OTP, or payment details over the phone or by email. If anyone requests this information, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact support immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transaction policies at BD Rumin are applied with full transparency. There are no hidden charges.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (bKash/Nagad/Rocket).
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is prohibited.
• Depositing with credit or borrowed funds is not permitted.

Withdrawal

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to registered and verified payment methods.
• Processing is typically completed within 3–15 minutes.
• Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BD Rumin offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. These bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Each bonus has its own individual wagering requirements.
• Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Running multiple bonuses simultaneously may not be possible.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses — including placing artificial bets or exploiting promotions — may be permanently closed.

6 Betting Rules

There are a few basic rules all players must follow when betting on BD Rumin. These rules apply equally to everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except for cash-out on live bets).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BD Rumin reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Systematically betting on odds errors (arbitrage) is prohibited.

7 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity and security of BD Rumin. Violations may result in account termination as well as legal action.

• Opening or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Money laundering or conducting any suspicious financial activity.
• Claiming bonus benefits across multiple accounts.
• Interfering with or tampering with the platform's security systems.

8 Account Closure

You may request to close your BD Rumin account at any time. BD Rumin may also suspend or close an account under certain circumstances.

If you wish to close your account yourself

Contact support chat or enable self-exclusion from your settings. If you have a remaining balance, withdraw it before closing your account.

• Violations of these terms may result in account closure without prior notice.
• Your account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (24 months) may be subject to an inactivity fee.

9 Limitation of Liability

BD Rumin strives to deliver the highest standard of service; however, our liability has defined limits under certain circumstances.

• BD Rumin is not directly liable for errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.

10 Changes to Terms

BD Rumin reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be provided via registered email or SMS.

If you do not agree with the revised terms, you may stop using the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
